Terms and conditions of advertising

• ·Advertising space offered for sale, to display equines and related items (horseboxes, trailers), for sale.
• Advertising space offered for sale to trade customers, highlighting their trade/goods/services.
• All basic adverts for equines to be at one cost.
• One advert per horse/pony/horsebox/trailer.
• Adverts for equines/related items to be displayed for a period of five weeks.
• Adverts for equines to include unlimited text with up to 4 still photographs.
• Extras charged for options on upgrading equine adverts such as bold print, coloured or flashing background, borders or flashing on screen option.
• Video option available for equine adverts on upgrade but only by prior approval by Equi Deals.
• All payment to be processed on line for equine adverts via secure banking services (Bank of Scotland and Protx).
• Electronic e-mail notification at 7 days remainder to advertiser advising of removal of their advert from website, due to 5 week maximum advertising period.
• Equi Deals reserve the right to remove any inappropriate adverts placed without prior notification to advertiser.
• Adverts to be displayed on the web site once payment has been processed and authorised securely.
• All payment transactions to be made in GBP.
• Merchant domicile – United Kingdom.
• All complaints regarding Equi Deals to be made in writing (within 7 days of the occurrence) and forwarded to Equi Deals, Dromore Farm, Lochfoot, Dumfries, DG2 8QA.
• If advertiser submits details and payment of an advert to Equi Deals and decides not to go ahead and place advert live on the website, they mush contact Equi Deals by e-mail requesting that their advert not be fully processed. If advert has not been placed on website and fully processed a full refund will then be made. If however advert has been fully processed and placed live on the website, refund will only be at Equi Deals discretion and only in exceptional circumstances. In this case a cancellation fee may be applicable.
